Its interesting that this documentary has been financed by a Canadian Mining company which has been refused permission to mine. It makes me very skeptical of the partiality of the documentary makers in that what they are saying suits the Mining company. Also has the pair seen the consequences of mining for the local people, local environment, destroyed forever for a few grams of gold? Have a look at Omagh, County Tyrone, Ireland, Phelim?

Van, how does funding have anything to do with this film being factual or not? Attacking the messenger and not the message (what you are doing) is called an ad hominem attack (Latin: to the person) and is a logical fallacy. Besides, I'm sure "An Inconvenient Truth" had plenty of environmentalists and environmental organizations financially supporting it, so by your logic, that film is also completely inaccurate. If you can rebut the facts, then do it; if not, then do not attack the messenger.
